User Agreement

1. Service Overview

Decision Mind AI operates an automated price tracking utility. Users can save product links to their personal wishlists. Our AI checks these items for price trends (flagging if the cost goes up, down, or stays stable) and recommends relevant products based on wishlist classifications.

2. License to Process Tracked URLs

By saving product URLs in Decision Mind AI, you grant us a perpetual, non-exclusive license to scan the target retail web page, extract public pricing parameters (amount, photo, currency, specifications), store it on our systems, and utilize the data to generate pricing recommendations for your feed.

3. Limitations of Pricing Tools

You acknowledge that:

• Our price checks occur at set intervals. Rapidly updated flash sales may not be captured in time.
• Retailers can modify checkout criteria, rendering our AI tracking link temporarily offline.
• Recommendations are generated algorithmically. We do not inspect products physically and make no claims regarding product quality or customer support of suggested items.

4. Prohibited Content & Abuse

Users are strictly prohibited from adding product links that:

• Point to illegal, restricted, or regulated substances and items.
• Intentionally target malicious, credential-stealing phish web pages.
• Bypass login criteria or exploit retail databases.

5. Subscription & Premium Trackers

Basic tracking permits a limited wishlist size. Pro tiers offering real-time update queries, expanded wishlist thresholds, and advanced recommendation filters are billed as subscriptions. Cancellations can be handled in your profile parameters.

6. Modification of Services

We reserve the right to amend matching engines, notification schedules, or support for specific store retailers without liability at any time.
