Guidelines for using our AI price tracker, wishlist services, and recommendation tools responsibly.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Decision Mind AI application and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This includes using our wishlist directories, submitting retailer links, and receiving AI price evaluations.

2. User Representations & Link Submissions

When you add products or submit merchant URLs to your wishlist, you represent and warrant that:

  • You will only submit links to public e-commerce stores and listing pages.
  • You will not submit malicious, infected, or redirecting exploit links.
  • Your use of our automated trackers does not bypass security rules of third-party store domains.

3. Use of AI Price Tracking & Forecasts

Our app processes product links to identify whether prices go up, down, or are stable. You agree that:

  • AI evaluations, trend reports, and stable/up/down labels are estimates based on collected public pricing history.
  • Decision Mind AI does not sell goods directly and is not responsible for pricing updates, stock shortages, or e-commerce listing adjustments.
  • The final price of any product is decided solely by the respective retailer at the checkout page. Decision Mind AI is not liable for mismatching prices.

4. Product Recommendations & Referrals

Decision Mind AI provides automated recommendations based on wishlists. You agree that:

  • Recommendations are suggestions and do not constitute professional purchase advice.
  • External links may contain affiliate markers. Decision Mind AI may receive commissions if you purchase items through these URLs.
  • We are not responsible for product returns, warranty claims, or transactional disputes with merchant retailers.

5. Intellectual Property

Decision Mind AI owns all rights to the underlying pricing analysis software, database of trends, and recommendation algorithms. You are granted a limited license to track your wishlist items.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Services are provided "as is." Price alert notifications depend on third-party mail, push channels, and site responsiveness. We do not guarantee alerts will be delivered before a discount is updated or out of stock.

7. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Decision Mind AI to:

  • Use automated spiders or scraper scripts to download pricing datasets or forecast histories compiled by our AI.
  • Spam product link submissions to overwhelm tracking queues.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local legal practices.
