End User License Agreement

1. License Grant

Decision Mind AI hereby grants you a PERSONAL, NON-EXCLUSIVE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, REVOCABLE license to install and use the Decision Mind AI application (the "Software") on your compatible devices, strictly in accordance with these terms.

2. Wishlist & Link Tracking Ownership

When you create wishlists and tracking settings using our platform:

• You retain ownership of the data relating to your wishlist organization and profile preferences.
• You agree to grant Decision Mind AI a limited license to process, query, and monitor store links ONLY as necessary to compile pricing trends and serve recommendations for you.

3. Prohibited Uses

Under this license, you SHALL NOT:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our price evaluation algorithms, alert modules, or recommendation mechanisms.
• Use script bots, data-mining software, or spiders to scrape price trends charts or recommended directories from the Software.

4. Modification and Updates

Decision Mind AI may provide mandatory updates to the app to fix retailer HTML scraping selectors, improve AI price predictions, update recommendations engines, or resolve security bugs. Continued use of the Software after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Decision Mind AI be liable for direct or indirect losses, including financial losses or purchasing errors, arising from reliance on price updates, labels (up, down, stable), or e-commerce recommendations produced by the Software.

6. Termination of Agreement

This EULA is effective until terminated by you or Decision Mind AI. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete any copies in your possession.
